Rose McVeigh is the Group General Manager of Win Group, responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the Group’s diverse businesses across property development, construction, real estate and property management. Working closely with the Managing Director, Rose turns the Group’s strategic direction into action by leading operations, strengthening business systems, developing people and ensuring the organisation delivers on its goals.
Having joined Win Group in 2013, Rose has played a pivotal role in the Group’s continued growth and evolution. Her extensive knowledge of the business, combined with a collaborative leadership style and strong commercial acumen, enables her to drive operational excellence, strengthen business systems and support managers in delivering consistent results across the Group.
Rose holds a Master of Business Administration (Professional Accounting) and brings extensive experience in finance, corporate governance, commercial management, human resources, contracts and business operations. Before returning to Hervey Bay, she built her career in Brisbane across a range of industries including information technology, engineering, legal services, construction, property development and real estate.
Originally from Hervey Bay, Rose is passionate about supporting the continued growth of Win Group and the Fraser Coast region. She enjoys developing capable teams, improving business processes and creating the structure, accountability and culture that enable people and businesses to perform at their best.
